AMONG THE MISANO CORBS ANDREA MANTOVANI GIVEN A SHOW WITH TWO PODIUMS
For Andrea Mantovani and the Mesaroli Racing by Velini Team, the first round of the CIV Italian Speed Champion-ship ended in the best possible way: celebrating Andrea’s victory in the SS600ng category, the most difficult and hard-fought of the entire national competition!
After the fourth place obtained in qualifying and the excellent third position on Saturday in Race1, it was clear to everyone that Andrea Mantovani could have fought for the victory also in Race2, but the Team Mesaroli Racing by Velini driver wanted to win today and so it is state.
Making the best possible use of the potential of his Ducati Panigale V2 skilfully prepared by the technical staff of the team led by Alessio Velini, Manto was always in the leading group, but with three laps to go he took the lead and then passed first under the checkered flag, with an advantage of more than five seconds over the second classified. A victory that also earned him first place in the championship with 41 points.
